Marco Ponti, promotore della ricerca, Gianni Oliosi, organizzatore dell'evento, Gabriele Lovisetto, l'avv. Fausto Scappini, e l'ing.Erasmo Venosi.
Interverrà in particolare il prof.Yves Crozet dell'università di Lione, che ha avuto, secondo gli organizzatori, "un importante ruolo culturale nel recente e radicale cambio di
atteggiamento del governo francese nei confronti della logica delle "Grandi Opere"".
"L'analisi - spiegano sempre gli organizzatori - è stata condotta da un gruppo indipendente di studiosi, "Bridges Research", che si costituirà in Onlus. Date le limitate risorse
disponibili per dei privati, si tratta di un prodotto relativamente semplificato, ma, nei suoi limiti, rigoroso, grazie anche all'amplissima esperienza internazionale degli autori
in questo settore di studi. Il progetto, pur estremamente oneroso (quasi 9 miliardi di euro), non risulta essere stato fin'ora sottoposto dal ministero dei trasporti né ad analisi
economiche né alle più semplici analisi finanziarie. I risultati, pur con tutte le riserve del caso, sembrano fortemente negativi, anche operando assunzioni molto favorevoli alla
fattibilità del progetto", concludono.
